Conwy
Today was mostly a travel day, four hours by train from Stow-on-the-Wold to Conwy, in northern Wales. We are growing accustomed to the trains, which are traveler-friendly.
Why don't we have these in the States?
We got to our hotel, the Castlebank, about 5 pm.
It is way up a hill and offers terrific views of Conwy and the castle nearby.
We had dinner at the Hidden Chapel. which is just that, a hidden chapel in town that's been converted to a B&B and restaurant.
On the way back to our room, as it began to sprinkle, we checked out the castle wall.

So, this will be an evening in as we rest up for plenty of walking tomorrow.
